Webtrends Console Help Topology

Free Disk in Network Topology name not found

Hello,

Until recently Webtrends 7 E has been reporting fine.

A question, has anyone help in a issue we have within the Admin Console/Monitoring/Topology . Its the Free Disk (MB) I now have a blue/black circle displaying "Name not found" clickin on it gives a error

NoAttributeFound

Any help would be great.

Never seen the issue but maybe you can try ensuring that the "WebTrends System Monitor" service is running. Check in Services if on Windows but also the Service Health in WebTrends.

Other than that I'd suggest that it's possibly a bug in WT, especially if you are an older version of v7. I've read some release notes for various versons of 7 and there's quite a few references to system monitoring.

Maybe you can upgrade to 7.5(b)?

Other than that I'm out of ideas- do you have WT support?

The WebTrends System Monitor is waiting for service status to be refreshed. (any ideas on how to)? with message Service has no status messages.

If it's a services issue, go into Services (probably in Administrative Tools), go to section of the list where the WebTrends services/agents are, and restart them one by one. There are about 6 of them. You may as well do all of them. The order doesn't really matter.

Be sure that nothing is in your analysis queue at that time.

That should do it.
