I do not completely understand the results in this section. In the help it states:

How well do other keywords perform? This report shows the top performing unused organic keywords. Each keyword's performance is shown in terms of number of visits, pageviews per visit, conversion rates, transactions per visit, and average visit value.

The results look like: 'keyword1 + keyword2 + keyword3'

What does it mean by "unused organic keywords"? Is it talking about search phrases used to enter a page which that page doesnt specifically target?

It is somewhat confusing, but I think they are giving you keywords that are used to find pages on your site. They probably want you to use these keywords to buy adwords placement.
