Open New Window Show Links?

Does new window link track on target page?

I saw a post about this, but the question wasnt' answered. We use a link tracker on our end, but want to make sure that our advertisers can see a referral from us in their stats program.

Will using _blank show as "no referrer" in most stats programs, or will it show the referrer? Particularly interested in knowing how it will show in Urchin.

Should show the referrer, but it's browser specific, not server specific. So Urchin (or any log program) doesn't have anything to do with it.
