WebTrends licensing problem

Hi,

I have a bit of a disaster on my hands: WebTrends has decided to stop working all of a sudden!
It's popping up the license activation screen as if it's just been installed and when I put in my license key it's saying:
License Manager Library Not Initialized
I've tried reinstalling it from scratch and it's still coming back with the same thing.
Anybody seen this before?

Yes. I worked with lots of WebTrends licenses, over many years. If it was the same problem, it was a transient event that had to do with the server at their end that validates your program when it starts. It went away by itself in a few hours. If that's not the case with you, it also resembles something else which was fairly easily resolved at their end (the license validates over the Internet, upon every startup I believe). Put in a service request in their site support area and ask for a phone call or an e-mail direct to you. Get documentation together: your license number and a screen shot of what you are seeing should be enough.

Lately, the WebTrends service requests that I enter late at night have been answered right away the next morning.
