I read many discussions about using site search to determin what visitors are looking for on one's site. However, people often fail to list what script they used and how they did it.
Could anyone suggest a few scripts that do that?

Sure, I've used FDSE. Very nice tracking for the price IMHO. Just google FDSE for URL.
