Banner impression tracking for clients

I would like to offer advertisers the opportunity to login somewhere and check the status (impressions) of their ad. This way I could offer CPM rates instead of monthly and hopefully generate a bit more revenue for my site.

Does anyone know of or use a system that would enable this (I have seen it on a few sites)? I have SQL and ASP on the server should it be necessary.

I would recommend you PhpAdsNew (FREE), however it required php+mysql.
