Tracking and Logging Tips?

Software choices...any opinions?

We are coming to a decision fairly soon about which software to choose because of a bad experience with Web Trends that we have had with their support. I was just at the Webmaster World conference and I am stuck between ClickTracks & Urchin v.5. Does anyone have any opinions or reasons I should go with one vs. the other?

I have the same problem. My current web host removed tracking system because of said security holes.

I am torn between clicktracks and urchin as well.
Urchin is kind of weird to run and access log files on my pc rather than veiwing it on a server. I can not make it run efficiently for everday use yet. I can not figure it out properly.

Clicktracks seems easier for using, but the internal navigation has too much mystery for me. I would like to know some week points, strong points, ect. However the demo blocks out some of the data that would give me determining purchase decisions.
Exit points seems to be weak, paths, and the browser that shows the webpage seems to be troublesome/breaks when trying to analyze shopping cart data.

Any knowledge from anyone experienced with using eith program would be great help.
