Analog help

I get output html files that show nothing

I cant seem to get a proper output file when using Analog anymore. It was working before but ever since I started testing other tracking programs that read my logs via FTP (ex. WebLog Expert) Anlog gives an html output with nothing in it (And a size of 0 k) . Analog worked fine before.
And when I run it now, it looks like it goes through the Log File fine, its just the resulting html file has nothing in it.

the error file also has nothing in it (0k too)

And i'm trying this with cfg files that worked before...

any suggestions on why this is happening?

Whenever that happens to me I'm usually trying to run the program on a LOGFILE that doesn't exist. Make sure your LOGFILE field matches the exact name of the log.

In addition to what guitaristinus said, sometimes the log files get corrupted by being accessed from other programs. Deleting the top line of the log may correct it.
