Counting links to other domains

Is there any way I can track which domains I've linked to in my weblog? I have a years worth of posts (in monthly archive pages) and I'd like to know how many times I've linked to stories on certain sites, like bbc.co.uk or metafilter.com or whatever.

Is there any way I can do this?

Not sure if this is quite what you want - Google for Xenu [google.com] - it's a broken link checker, you can drop a report into your favorite spreadsheet program and do some analysis.
