Tracking Refferals

Does new window link track on target page?

For some of my advertising customers I have a direct link to thier website (www.customer1.com). When the link is selected, I have a new window popup taking my refferal to thier website.

By using a popup window, does my website get refferal credit on the target website? How is this recorded within the target website.

Don't rely on the referrer field in their logs, even if you're not using popups. Put a tracking parameter in the link itself.
