This one also comes at me from both IP Numbers within the same block.

In this thread I also noted Lycos_Spider_(modspider) has had different UAs as well.

Is there some methodology I should / could be employing?

falcon/1.0 also comes from 209.133.XXX.25 and it belongs to cambrianventures.com.

Just stating the obvious... if their is more than one computer situated behind a router (or the same computer with multiple browser) you would see this exact behavior in your logs....
