Wanting to sort SE keywords by SE

I'm looking for a free log analyzer that will sort the search engine terms by search engine. It is somewhat time consuming to do this manually with the raw data, so I was wondering if there is anything that will do it for me.

Weblog Expert will do this, but the free version is a bit limited for some.
