Why does WebTrends not pick up any dynamic pages (with query string in the URL) in the top requested pages (and entry pages, exit pages), and yet it DOES list them in the Referrers section ?
And is there a way to get WebTrends to do both ?

It should. Load the raw log file up an editor and see if all the query strings are being put in the log. (remember, POST data doesn't go into logs. We had that one come up a couple months ago here where a guy had accidently used POST instead of Get)
