Best Tracking Solution for ROI with LIVE PPC

I want to know what everyone thinks are the best trackers for pay per click campaigns, as well as natural organic searches.
The best possible solution I have found seems to be
indextools. NO, this is not a plug.

Others I have used include clickalyzer which was a great tracker, yet does not handle cpc and roi.

Anyone have experience with a great tracker? Note that I will have tons of keyword listings and would rather pay more for the best solution possible.
Others I have seen include:
WebTrends
Urchin with the ppc module ($4000+) a bit too much
nettracker
traceworks
hitslink
Clicktracks (tried it, wasn't for me)

Then the secondary
hypertrack
conversionruler
adtrackz
and others.
Anyone have experience with any of the discussed?
Seems like indextools is the very best of all. It just has a $500+ setup fee which may be worth it. Just want to know more.

We tried DeepMetrix,a nghtmare for PPC as they only recognise keywords(one word) and not keyphrases.
had to submit them for inclusion etc
We cancelled and are still waiting for a reply!
Now using indextools. Seems Ok but we did not yet upgrade to reseller etc.Is that where the $500 comes in?
Decided NOT to go with server based and pay large sums of money upfront.Preserving our capital and paying as we go.

I have used Hitslink with the ecommerce add-on. Works great. Shows me all the data that I need including the keywords.

Only thing I don't like, is I can't seem to get at the "raw" data to then play with in Excel. It is summary data only.
