0% International traffic in webtrends

Hi all,

I'm using Webtrends 7 to produce traffic reports for a number of sites. The problem is that there seems never to be any international traffic for them, its always unknown. This isn't a major problem but it would be nice to solve it.

I've tried specifying all the extensions we deem to be international in through domain options in webtrends but it doesn't seem to make any difference.

Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you set it up so that it resolves IP addresses?

I changed the settings from "Quick lookup" to "Resolve Mode, Look up all IPs" for the profile I was using and it worked!
