I see
"Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.01; Windows 98)"
regularly with logspam (referer) from a czech server. Only spams ODP-listed categories, as usual with logspammers.

It's an attempt to get IE to follow more of the CSS spec properly using JavaScript, without having to change any HTML, only including an extra CSS stylesheet.
