I wasn't sure if this would be the appropriate forum but I wanted to ask everyone out there about the legislation that is taking shape in the European Community. What exactly is the issue? If passed, I realize that it may be several years before any enforcement would be possible since each member state would need to pass enforcement legislation, what does it mean to my Web site? Does anyone have a resource that I could go to for research?
