Can anyone explain what's going on in the GET part of these entries in my log file? Is the .dll file on the server? And I don't have a file called cltreq.asp on the site. Should I worry about these?

218.154.254.103 - - [20/May/2004:03:42:25 +0100] "GET /_vti_bin/owssvr.dll?UL=1&ACT=4&BUILD=2614&STRMVER=4&CAPREQ=0 HTTP/1.1" 404 303 "-" "Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; .NET CLR 1.1.4322)"

Any help much appreciated. I'm still very much a newbie - but have learned so much from Webmaster World! Thanks!

It's a user - probably a bot or a virused machine - that's scanning your site looking for certain vulnarabilities. If you don't have these things (looks like old FP extensions?) installed on your machine you shouldn't worry too much about them - we all get them!
