They have multi site packages [urchin.com]. If you do plan on buying a bunch of licenses, call them the last week of the month, they're sales people are much more open to bargaining...

We run Urchin on a RaQ4 for our clients
We've got a 25 user licence - I think it cost $499 US

I recommend it. Installed very easily. Customers love it

What if one user had 40 or 50 domains on a dedicated server? Any way to integrate the reports?

Nope....They said if you wanted to integrate them you would need to run a script on your server that merges all the log files together...
