Log traffic from specific referrers only

I'm looking for a script that will log the incoming hits from specific referrers that I tell it to, but not all referrers. Then I will pay each of the site owners for how much traffic they have sent.

Basically, just a script where I can enter in certain referrers to log and I can do the rest of figuring up prices.

The only scripts I've found like this are all ~$500 and that seems a little high to me.

Any help would be appreciated.

What do you mean by script? (Javascript, PHP...)
What programming language is your website written in?

The page is php but only because of the ads script I'm using.

So what are you talking about that might work?
