New Agent Whatsup_Gold/7.0 or virus scan?

In the IIS log, there are lots of entriese as follows (every few seconds):

2004-03-12 16:19:34 *.*.*.NUM1 - *.*.*.NUM2 80
HEAD /iisstart.asp - 200 WhatsUp_Gold/7.0

Does anybody have got similar logs? Is it a new virus?

Just found that Whatsup_gold a software used by our company to track network status.

Is there a way to rule them out of the access log (W3C format)?
