MSN referrer log contains &q=&q=

Can anyone help me with this?

I recently noticed that my log files for MSN have &q=&q= in the referrer string as opposed to the normal &q=

example

[search.msn.com...] phrase would go here

This is really a problem when I run my WebTrends reports for clients because it does not show the keyword phrase search for, it only shows a blank table for the phrase. I tried to add &q=&q= to the keywords.ini file but it isn`t working.

Does anyone know a work around?

Thanks

I clicked on the link you posted, it searches for ",keyword" rather than "keyword"...hmm..

Filter your logs before you generate reports. Grep (or Windows Grep) is an effective way to massage text file entries.

That sounds good but I would have to filter logs for 1500 individual domains? how long would that take? I need a keywords.ini fix, that would solve it in one second. thankx
