HyperTracker is down and seems to have been since around 2pm UK time....
Any ideas?

DNS server issues caused by some domain handler changing DNS details without letting anyone know. Obviously some ISP's picked up changes quickly once they were identified and changed, so depending on where you were the site may have worked or may not.
Fixed now, but still may take a day or so for all DNS tables to be updated.
No e-mail could be sent out to clients to explain due to mail server not resolving either.
