Anybody seen this bot before?

Looks at robots.txt and fetches index page, nothing else,
comes from 208.184.213.205 = above.net which doesn't tell me much.

Any ideas?

Came visiting me last night too and about all I can find are stats page entries and a WebmasterWorld user.

A bit of a different IP Number, but that doesn't say too much negatively.

I'm getting it too. This really could be anything.
