Seeing this guy increasing gradually since September. Comes from IP 133.163.129.104 and only crawls homepages, no deepcrawling.

I don't know this guy, but a lot of Japanese spiders will check an initial page to see whether there is Japanese content on your page...if not they move on. However I'm really guessing whether this applies to your friend here...;)
