Webtrends report

I've recently started using webtrends and I'm a bit confused relating the "visits" figure does this represent all visitors to the site including spiders etc or just 'human surfers' - under the help file webtrends say "Number of times a visitor came to your site" (edited down).

Likewise is this the same for "visitors"

Hi Tigger

The filter part of Webtrends allows you to exclude parts of the logfile from the reports it takes a bit of time but it is a powerful tool, once you have sussed out the filtering etc.

Also you can alter the number of items displayed in the different sections by going to the content tab, expanding the particular section and clicking on the number of elements and changing them. I did not realise this for ages.
