bot? ip - 202.96.63.2

it fetches pages like crazy

This comes once in three days and fetches pages like crazy, more active than anything else, the environment variables pretend it's a human being but it behaves like a bot, sometimes it takes up to 90-95% system resources but it's still not active enough to be an attack

has anybody seen this in log files?

Since it resolves to a chinese netblock it's likely that it's a spam bot / email harvester. I have most of China / Korea blocked at my router after getting crawled and being spammed like mad.
