Webtrends error on copied logs

I get an error when analysing a set of logs that I have copied from another server - the dates seem fine and all logs are there and have data in them -
also, the new logs have been logging a minimum set of information (but that shouldn't make a difference - I think)

the error is:
"WebTrends could not generate the report due to too many records exceeding the allowed chronological variance"

by the way, it works fine with the other logs

I have WebtrendsSuite 5.5

Interesting. Maybe the server clock that the logs are on is either wrong or was changed during the log period. You could try cutting the log file in half and seeing if it will do half the file - of so, you could maybe look down the logs and see if and when the clock seemed to change. If it changed, break the file at that point and put the files through separately.
