Unusaul Requests on apache server

and

GET /sumthin HTTP/1.0

and

GET /scripts/..%255c%255c../winnt/system32/cmd.exe?/c+dir

Should I be worried or this like the random spraying of reqests from an unpached IIS box.

Nope, that's just nimda or one of its friends at work. No need to worry about cmd.exe requests on apache.
