Validation of Form action

How can I validate the action of FORM

Hello

Sorry for the topic if it has been discussed earlier.

I have been facing problems regarding data posting through FORM.

Scenario is, I have used several banners in my site "www.Domain1.com" posting data using FORM method =www.Domain2.com/folder/file.ext

So what I want is to validate the URL of the domain where data is posting to say "www.Domain2.com/folder/file.ext"

I don't totally get it.

You just want to track it? Some kind of running tally of how many click throughs from which domains?
