I have a website but didn't have access to my webstats until recently this month. The company my DNS server is hosted only provides a free basic webstats application thats full of junk adverts.
I have had webmasters mention AWStats and how useful it is even though is a free stats application. I haven't got access to the server and would like some advice on how to install AWStats and how to go about telling my hosting company to use it for my website stats. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
