on one of my sites.
I use a custom perl script to report referrers and keywords from SEs. I can't do it with this. If it can't be interpreted the script leaves it alone (and really screws up my graphs)
These are obviously to me all hex numbers, however, many lie above %7f, and some below %20 (control chars).
Can anybody point me in the right direction as to how to interpret this string?

There are many sites that are starting to use that type of encoded url string.
