WebClipping SnoopBot

38.144.36.13

This snoopbot showed up in my logs today with the IP 38.144.36.13 and the UA Webclipping.com . A search here at WW comes up empty for this IP. Old threads by Brett on this snoopbot only mention the IP block 209.73.228.160-175 . How do I deny them without denying the whole block of 38.0.0.0 - 38.255.255.255? Could someone sticky me with a website they use to narrow down the IP address of Webclipping?

Looks like they are using 38.144.36.11 to 18. Those are the only ip's I have banned for them. You can also ban them by user agent then if they start using a new ip range you're covered there too.
