Which Stats program?

Hello, I use SuperStats from mycomputer.com.

But i'am not satisfied, i don't trust the numbers, and it doesn't recognize a lot of search engines. It doesn't even recognize Alltheweb as an Search engine.

Which Stats program do you use to monitor your visitors? And what is your opinion about it?
