Urchin Unique Visitors

trouble with Urchin and Unique Visitors

I'm webmastering a huge site, with sub-directories for each of our clients. My boss recently aquired URCHIN for our stats. I've followed their instructions to install the Urchin Tracking Module, and setup the correctly filtered reports to look at traffic to each individual folder, but I'm still not getting any count on "Unique Visitors", in fact, it's not counting Visitors at all. It counts Sessions, and counts them correctly. But not Visitors.

Anyone have experience with Urchin, and can maybe point out what I might be missing?

Just browsed this board for the first time, and I'm probably too late to help, but...

n the profile config. for this website, you need to click to the advanced tab and set it to track visitors with UTM. It's not the default option.
