Lynx user looking for "/link.htm"?

is this a bot, or what?

Buried within my server log is the following line:

pd9e10233.dip.t-dialin.net - - [12/Jun/2003:16:05:55 -0400] "GET /links.htm HTTP/1.0" 404 1950 "-" "Lynx/2.8.4rel.1 libwww-FM/2.14 SSL-MM/1.4.1 OpenSSL/0.9.6g"

It's the only hit from that host. The user_agent looks like Lynx, but why look for "links.htm" on my domain. (I don't use .htm anywhere, so it was bound to 404. I don't have a "links.html" page either.)

This is really weird . . .

Hehehe. Lynx users. Well, my logs last month showed 30 page requests, (out of 450K), from 8 users (unique IPs), that visited via "Lynx/2.8" All were requesting legit pages, none were asking for a links page.

So berli's log entry looks like a unique or rare quirk.
