Hi folks,

I am currently anlyzing a client's data, and I wonder if anyone has a solution to the following problem:

The pages refreshe very often; because of that, the Webtrends reports show incredible amount of page views. I am looking for a way/method/variable/number/name it! to get more reliable figures. I will most certainly have to divide those numbers, but I am trying to figure out by what factor.

To give you an example of the problem, when I calculate the Eisenberg-Novo Heavy User Index (average number of page views per 19+ minute-visits), I get 758!

Me again,

Since I post the first message, the real cause of the problem (although what I mentioned is still a pain) turned out to be the way the site is built, namely FRAMES!&?%. I get hudreds of thousand pages views for buttons, scrolling messages, nav bars, etc. Webtrends has not documented the case (neither replied to my inquiry), and I am about to declare the damn thing "unmeasurable"!

Really, any suggestion will help...
