Problem with http://www.ukwds.co.uk

Anyone have any idea what this is about on ukwds.co.uk - Broken?

This site is giving me this error.

"You do not have permission to access the requested file on this server." [ukwds.co.uk:81...]

Does anyone know whats up with this?

I can only speculate that it must be caused by the webmaster in some way. Either you IP Range was banned intentionally for reasons of abuse or perhaps they're playing around making changes and want to keep everyone out.

There must be a better way to figure this out though? I tried getting there through a UK proxy, no luck?
