How to track and analyze raw logs?

Is there any software available by which we can anylyze traffic from raw logs?

Is this route is possible?
Downloading raw log through FTP from web server.
Analyzing it on local offline (not connected to internet) machine running Win 98 or Win Mille with the help of software requested above.
Exporting result to Spread Sheet or Analyzing details through any browser.

Any help will be appriciated.
