Just checked my logs and I have a few entries that puzzle me:

that's people saving your pages for offline viewing and clicking on a link when theyre back online maybe?

also sometimes the referrer is "fake", and can be made up, or is simply false information, a mistake on the browsers part.

nothing to think too much about imo :)
