ATW: still a FAST property?

The Overture take over was originally announced to be completed beginning of April. ATW however still says:

AlltheWeb is a search engine operated by Fast Search & Transfer ASA (FAST)

Wonder what's the story here, and when the changes are going into effect.

i dont mean to be "word picky" but at [fastsearch.com...] it says that

"The agreement is subject to standard review and regulatory processes, which the two companies anticipate will be completed by April 2003."

think that means just the paperwork review is what will be completed by april? i cant find any recent releases on the deal, not even looking at the trading symbols
