I tried to submit the index page of a new site, and received this error:
Internal Error: Unable to Store URL
Anyone seen this before? I have not and thought it was odd.

Yes, they return that error in certain intervals. Looks like the mechanism how they feed the new URLs into the backend system is not quite as robust as it might be.

Never seen that before. I don't remember when I last submitted a URL directly to FAST though.
