Referrer enigma...

On site 1, companyname.co.uk, hosted in the UK, I have 2 referrers from:
[searc.lon4.fastsearch.net...] 60 characters]...yU8

When clicking this URL I get directly to site 2 which is in German, on companyname.net, hosted in Germany.

The sites are interlinked, and both owned by me, both are listed in FAST DB via payed submission to PT.

Can anyone shed light on that?

Looks like CTR measurement, Ulstrup. They give stats on CTR for PFI pages.

I think ulstrup meant that he got redirected from the UK site, which is the one in the serps, to the german one, when clicking the link, right?

Sounds odd Ulstrup. Could it be a glitch or does FAST see those two sites as one?

In my stats for the .co.uk site I have the above mentioned URL as referrer, clicking that URL redircts me to the german site... ODD!

Added: I haven't checked any serps, just the referrer URL in my stats progamme.

The 60 characters code gives no meaning at all.
