Well, does it mean that if I submit to Inktomi via Positiontech, I do not have to submit to Alltheweb the same pages? Is it so please explain.

It's Means you have the option to submit to Ink or Fast or both via PT

The Choice is yours but if you only select Ink you don't get Fast and vice versa

You activly have to select (and pay for) both Ink and Fast.

Actually, I had paid to PT for Inktomi 2 1/2 weeks back and
yesterday I purchased the paid program of Lycos for the same
page, so i was confused whether i purchaased the same things twice.
