Alltheweb/Lycos link-up?

Lycos InSite link from Alltheweb "add URL"

I just did a search on Alltheweb. On the results page, a link appeared at the top saying, "Start Here: Add your site to alltheweb". Clicking on that link landed me on Lycos' InSite sign-up page.

Anybody seen this before?

(Note that this "Add your site to alltheweb" link does not always appear - sometimes it's a different link, and sometimes it doesn't appear at all.)

The start here link at the top of serps - just as any other advertising on ATW is handled by TerraLycos. It's under this agreement that the OV listings for US users are displayed.
So it's not surprising to have a link there going to Lycos InSite programme.

Ahhh... Advertising! Now where's that "paid listing" disclaimer?
Not required on Fast because it's not in the US, I guess.
