I thought I would extend my appreciation to AllTheWeb and share my experience with others. My site had not been indexed by AllTheWeb for several months, so I decided to email them. It took about a week for their response, but it was a personalized response. Their email to me said the following:

Kudos to AllTheWeb for their response. I hope they are watching. I thought I would post this in these forums rather than send them back another email for their review :)

Whether it is a rant or a rave, we have to be fair about it.

Basically, it was a email that said, they looked into the problem and couldn't find a problem and it was resubmitted.
