Comparing Banner Ad Servers

Hello. One of my sites has just been accepted to three banner ad servers, Burst, Fastclick, and Advertising. Does anyone have any experience as to how they compare in terms of Effective CPMs and default ratios. (Actually for an effective CPM, I would like it to factor in default ratios).

They all float up and down wildely depending on sold ads, the season, number of members, your category listing, and types of sites. There is no real set figures anyone can give you because they will fluctuate even from site-to-site within the same network.
