can someone tell me about the best pay-for-performance networks on the web.

I speak about providers such as Comission Junction (www.cj.com), who are the third party between advertisers and publishers.
Are there any other provider’s such as Comission Junction?

Some other networks you may want to check out: BeFree (stick with the "acclaim" rated merchants), possibly Linkshare (but make sure the merchant is on the preferred list), ValueClick, WebSponsors, Cyberbounty, the list goes on.
