I haven't seen one yet. Are these the ones like Engage/flycast that take 4-5 page views to load?

Yes, from what I've read. Unicast does the one called 'superinterstitial' that loads in background. That way, they screw the user out of bandwidth and the advertiser out of impressions -best of both worlds, eh?
