Looking for a good Auto-Responder

I run a small business. I am looking for a good auto-responders having folowing features:
1) Ability to import\export name and email addresses.
2) When someone clicks on Send button on a form, it should fire email once a week, in total 20 messages so will go for 5 months. Is it too much?
3) Bulk- email feature...nice to have
4) Automatic subscribe\unsubscribe feature
5) Keep database of all names and emails addresses.
6) Easy to use
Please let me know if you know of someone. I heard of MailLoop but looking for some good advice.
